Policies and Limitations

  • 1. Deposit Requirement and Payment Options

We require a non-refundable deposit of $250 per person for your booking to be confirmed. If your booking is made within 60 days of the start of the workshop, then the full workshop amount is due at the time of booking. Each Art Workshop Adventure has a minimum of 4 participants required. In the event, the 4-person minimum for your workshop Adventure is not satisfied, all monies received will be either applied to another scheduled Adventure time or returned to you in full. We accept payment either by credit card or check. Credit Card processing is through Square.com, our preferred third party credit card processing vendor; clients can pay emailed invoices directly through this online gateway. If you would like to pay by check, please submit payment to: Creative Life Adventures NW, 1893 Kelly Rd, Bellingham, WA 98226.

  • 2. Acceptance Of Booking And Final Payments

If your booking is accepted, we will issue a confirmation invoice by email, confirming your booking with us. A contract will then exist between us from the date we issue the confirmation invoice. Payment of the balance of your artist-led workshop adventure is due 60 days prior to the start of the workshop. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled. Most of our clients make payment with a credit card through Square.com, our preferred third party credit card processing vendor; invoiced balances can be paid directly through this online gateway. • 3. Attendee Workshop Cancellation

All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to the start of the workshop are only subject to the loss of the non-refundable $250 deposit. Cancellations made within 60 days of the start of the workshop result in forfeiture of the entire cost of the workshop, unless the scheduled workshop adventure can be re-sold to another traveler. In the event that the workshop adventure is re-sold, we will refund you a full refund, minus a $250 per person administration fee. It’s highly recommended that you purchase trip insurance if you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation. If you choose to leave an artist-led workshop adventure prior to the end of your session or elect not to participate in the scheduled activities, we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services.
